The second Friday of January ain't called "Quitter's Day" for nothing. </p> <p><em>So why is it SO HARD to stick to your goals? </em></p> <p>Today on the podcast, I'm sharing the first of two main reasons it's hard. </p> <p>Now, don't get me wrong. I love goals. I just don't love bullshit like...</p> <p><em>"Starting on [INSERT DATE] January 1/ Monday/ 1st of the Month...
